1) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take longer. If invalid or incomplete payment/address information is provided, processing may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days.

2) Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions. For customers in the US, delivery typically takes about 5–7 days after shipment. International delivery may take about 10–12 days, depending on customs and local carrier networks. Any time estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tip: Place your order as early as possible if you need it by a specific date, and monitor tracking updates after shipment.

3) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking ID and a link to monitor delivery status. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

4) Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Shipping addresses may be verified via USPS for domestic orders. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require additional time and may involve additional fees.

5) Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays. Delivery transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

6) International Shipping, Duties & Customs

International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance. In rare cases, international delivery can take 4–6 weeks, and in severe cases 8–12 weeks. Duties, VAT, and import fees (if applicable) are typically the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

7) Lost, Refused, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, high shipping volume, or other events outside our control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and check with household members or building management.

  • Refused packages: shipping/handling fees may be deducted from any approved refund, and refunds are not initiated until the return is received and reviewed.
  • Lost or stolen packages: the primary carrier may be UPS; replacement is not guaranteed for lost/stolen packages.
  • Delays: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions and local disruptions.

8) Order Cancellation

Due to fulfillment processing, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders generally cannot be cancelled. If your order has shipped, you may need to refuse delivery and notify support, or return the package with a valid tracking number (as applicable).

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
